Brown & Brown Acquires Hardin & Wilson

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hardin & Wilson, with annualized revenues of approximately $1.2 million, is a full-service commercial property-casualty insurance agency serving clients in Little Rock and the state of Arkansas for almost 40 years.
Howard Hardin and Larry Wilson, the principals of the acquired agency, and their staff will join Brown & Brown's existing Little Rock office.
