Mr. Borgstedte is president of GBS Insurance Agency Inc. of Bellaire, Texas. Jim Whorton is president of Whorton Insurance Services in Austin.
Bill Russell, president of Bill Russell Insurance Agency Inc. of Austin, became past-president.

? Jerry Boles, president of Grona Boles & Martin Insurance & Financial Services of San Antonio, Texas, as executive vice president.
? Johnny Shropshire, president of The Shropshire Agency Inc. in Lubbock, Texas, as second vice president.
? Don C. Jones, president of Crockett Insurance Service and Houston-Walker Counties Insurance Service & Crockett Financial Service in Crockett, Texas, as secretary.
? Bill Bridges, executive vice president of Duncan, Fraser and Bridges of Pampa, Texas, as treasurer.
