American Wholesale Names Group Benefits President
NU Online News Service, June 23, 12:10 p.m. EDT?American Wholesale Insurance Group, an independent wholesale insurance broker, said it has appointed Samuel H. Fleet president of its Group Benefits Division.[@@]
The brokerage said the post is a newly created position. Mr. Fleet will work with the firm's Group Benefits businesses, which include National Employee Benefit Companies Inc. and BrokerNetUSA.
Steven DeCarlo, president and chief executive officer of American Wholesale, based in Charlotte, N.C., said with Mr. Fleet's leadership the firm plans to expand its group benefits program in the coming years.
American Wholesale (www.amwins.com) is a wholesale insurance organization that provides property-casualty, group life and health, program administration services, actuarial services, and premium finance capabilities.
