Willis Names North American CFO

Mr. Verbich, formerly with Scor Reinsurance, where he served as senior vice president and CFO, has more than 25 years experience in the industry, London-based Willis said.
In a statement, Mairo Vitale, chief executive officer of Willis North America, said Wole Coaxum, who has served as both CFO and chief operating officer for Willis since 2002, would now focus all of his efforts on the COO position.
