Allmerica Names Crater Regional President
NU Online News Service, May 11, 11:12 p.m. EDT?Alan Crater was named regional president of The Citizens and Hanover Insurance Companies downstate New York and New Jersey commercial lines divisions.[@@]
Citizens and Hanover are subsidiaries of Allmerica Financial Corporation, based in Worcester, Mass.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Crater was president of St. Paul's Northeast region. He has more than 30 years experience in the industry, having worked with CIGNA Property and Casualty, USF&G Corporation, Atlantic Mutual Companies and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
