Alliant Acquires Gaddy Ward
NU Online News Service, May 3, 3:45 p.m. EDT?Alliant Resources Group Inc., based in Stamford, Conn., announced the acquisition of Lodi, Calif.-based Gaddy Ward & Company Insurance Brokers.[@@]
Terms of the deal were not released.
Gaddy Ward will become part of Alliant's largest subsidiary, Driver Alliant Insurance Services Inc., headquartered in San Diego, Calif., the insurance brokers said.
Founded in 1996 by Stan Ward and Scott Gaddy, Gaddy Ward provides products, services and expertise to the commercial construction industry throughout the central California valley. The firm reported annual revenues in excess of $4 million last year.
