AJG Acquires B&P International

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
B&P International is a full-service marine insurance broker and average adjusting firm (an ocean marine claims adjuster) offering all forms of specialty marine coverages, marine safety systems and adjusting services to American-based large vessel operators.
B&P is also the exclusive distributing agent of Videotel maritime training materials in the United States.
John Betz, Dick Haluska, B&P's principals and their staff of eight will continue to operate from their current office. Long-time partner Mike Amiss will be retained as a consultant.
