Weiss Group Names CEO-Pres.

NU Online News Service, March 30, 4:26 p.m. EST?Harold L. Cochran was named president and chief executive officer of Jupiter, Fla.-based rating agency Weiss Ratings Inc.[@@]

The firm said its founder and former CEO, Martin D. Weiss, would continue as chairman of the board and editor of the firm's flagship publication, the Safe Money Report.

Mr. Cochran joined the Weiss Group in 2003 as senior vice president of business development.
