Sapiens Names U.S. President

Sapiens International, a member of Formula Systems Ltd., a holding company based in Herzlia, Israel, said Mr. Bessellieu will be responsible for increasing Sapiens' presence in the United States from its base in Cary, N.C.
Mr. Bessellieu has been a consultant to the insurance industry and has 25 years of international experience. He most recently was president of Sherwood International, a provider of insurance industry enterprise solutions.
Sapiens said its clients include One Beacon and AXA.
