PIA Honors Agent and CSR Of The Year
NU Online News Service, March 31, 1:26 a.m. EST?Ronald N. Silverman and Mishell K. Magnusson were honored for their work in the insurance industry by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents.[@@]
Mr. Silverman was named 2004 Professional Agent of the Year. Ms. Magnusson was named 2004 PIA National Customer Service Representative of the Year.
Mr. Silverman is past president of PIA of Florida and principal of the Silverman Insurance Agency of Deltona, Fla. He was honored as Florida Agent of the Year in 2003.
Ms. Magnusson was honored for her outstanding professionalism as a customer service representative. She manages a commercial lines book of business at Bailey, Haskell & LaLonde Agency in Oneida, N.Y.
The awards were presented during the Alexandria, Va.-based association's award luncheon March 27 in Arlington, Va.
