EBIX Recognizes Technology Leaders

The agents were honored by the Atlanta-based software and e-commerce service provider for their leadership within the EBIX industry user group and for their help in enhancing the product to suit customers' needs more effectively.
The agency principals honored were:
? Pete Wilson from Emmons and Wilson Inc., in New Canaan, Conn.
? Keith Savino from Warwick Resource Group in Warwick, N.Y.
? Steve Redel of Redel Insurance Agency in Ballwin, Mo.
? Dave Schuppler of David Schuppler and Associates in Wauwatosa, Wis.

? Progressive Insurance Company for leadership in the area of real-time technology implementation.
? Safeco Insurance Company, for leadership in the area of XML implementations.
? ACORD, the insurance forms standard setting body for the industry, based in Pearl River, N.Y., for leading the process of standardization in the international markets outside United States.
? Insurance broker Aon, based in Chicago, for leadership in the international markets in implementing cutting edge technologies.
? Insurance broker, HSBC Group, based in London, for leadership in international markets in implementing cutting edge technologies especially in implementing bank assurance.
? Insurance broker Flatiron Insurance Agency, of Elmsford, N.Y., for excellence in implementing business process outsourcing work.
? Insurance broker Clarion Associates, Inc., of Huntington Station, N.Y., for excellence in implementing convergence technologies.
