Brown & Brown Acquires Santa Barbara Agency

Terms of the deal were not released, the Daytona Beach, Fla.-based broker said.
Manchester is a retail insurance agency with reported annual revenue of $3 million. The agency provides property-casualty products and services to clients throughout California.
Paul Manchester, president of Manchester, and his staff will combine their operations with Brown & Brown's existing Santa Barbara operations, the broker said.
