VCIA To Hold TRIA Seminar
NU Online News Service, Feb. 11, 1:59 p.m. EST?The Vermont Captive Insurance Association said it will hold a captive insurance seminar March 11 concerning the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act.[@@]
Titled "The What Ifs of TRIA," the session will be held at the Wyndham Hotel in Burlington, Vt., and is also accessible by audio-conference. CPE credits will be available for those attending in person or by audio.
VCIA said the event moderator is Richard Hamilton, president and general manager, CSX Insurance Company. Speakers are James Murray, deputy managing director, Aon Vermont; Randall Wachsmann, attorney, Primmer & Piper, P.C.; and Derick White, director of captive insurance, Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration.
