Hub Acquires Canada Business
NU Online News Service, Feb. 17, 4:14 p.m. EST?Hub International Limited said it has acquired a group of commercial insurance accounts controlled by Martin Kir, an Ontario, Canada, an insurance broker and producer.[@@]
Terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed.
The group develops annual revenue of U.S. $270,000. Mr. Kir will join Hub as a senior account executive in its Leamington, Ontario office, the Chicago-based broker said.
