Gallagher Buys Two Agencies In Louisiana
NU Online News Service, Feb. 6, 11:46 a.m. EST?Insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said the firm has acquired two insurance agencies in Baton Rouge, La. Terms were not disclosed.
Gallagher, based in Itasca, Ill., said the new additions are Roberts & Eastland, LLC, and Persac Insurance Agency, which shared the same facility.
Roberts & Eastland, established in 1922, and Persac Insurance, founded in 1952, offer risk management, property-casualty and benefit insurance services to commercial and personal lines clients in the Southeast.
William Marks, Jack Persac III and Richard "Bud" Parnell, the agency principals, and their staff will continue to operate in their current location.
