Gallagher Acquires Texas Firm

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1988, Romine offers employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to both self-funded and fully insured markets. They also specialize in benefits and network design, cost containment and insurance market analysis.
The principals and staff of Romine will continue to operate from their current Austin and Dallas offices.
