Hub Reshuffle Gives Cohen, Guthart New Posts
NU Online News Service, Jan. 23, 2:47 p.m. EST?Marc I. Cohen was named president and chief executive officer of Kaye Group Inc., the New York subsidiary of Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd.[@@]
Mr. Cohen succeeds Bruce D. Guthart, who was named chief operating officer of Hub International. Mr. Guthart will be responsible for Hub in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Cohen assumes responsibility for all wholesale and retail property-casualty and benefits brokerage operations for Kaye and reports to Mr. Guthart.
Mr. Guthart will replace Richard Guillver, who remains president of Hub. Mr. Guillver will take on the added responsibility of leadership of the firm's acquisition program, which the firm called a core of its growth strategy.
