Brown & Brown Acquires N.J. Agency

Pashley Insurance Agency is a commercial property-casualty agency serving residents and businesses across New Jersey, with its focus on the South Jersey Shore area. The agency has reported revenues of approximately $2 million.
Daniel L. Pashley, president of the agency, and his staff will continue to operate from their current location as a Brown & Brown stand-alone office.
The transaction was effective Jan. 1. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
