St. Paul Offers Free Risk Management Series
NU Online News Service, Dec. 11, 4:03 p.m. EST ? The St. Paul Companies said it has released a new free training series for supervisors that can help improve the risk management practices of companies, independent agents and brokers.[@@]
The series, titled "Striving for Excellence: Elements of Effective Supervision," is a training series for workplace managers and supervisors. The four-part series intends to promote safe and healthy behavior in the workplace.
The St. Paul said it is designed to help supervisors, promote employee safety, build productive health teams, value differences among employees, and treat workers fairly and respectfully.
The training program is available to the St. Paul, Minn.-based carrier's insurance customers, agents and brokers without charge.
The series is available on CD-ROM or online for St. Paul policyholders at the secured customer Web site at www.stpaul.com/riskcontrol.
