GAB Robins Web Portal For Claim Management
NU Online News Service, Dec. 17, 3:36 p.m. EST?GAB Robins, a claims services firm, has introduced www.mygabr.com, a new Web portal that enables clients to electronically manage key aspects of their claim assignments from anywhere at any time.
"With www.mygabr.com, the process of assigning claims, tracking their status, sharing information and delivering our work to clients is streamlined completely," said Beth Voorhees, vice president of operations for Parsippany, N.J.-based GAB Robins Claims Services. "Our clients are able to quickly and easily assign claims to GAB Robins, follow their progress and access claim file content on the Web at any time."
Using mygabr.com, clients are able to assign claims electronically to GAB Robins through the site via Web and e-mail reporting tools, the company said. The portal enables users to view and track the status of assigned claims as well as view, print and save all the documents, reports, estimates and photos relevant to a particular claim. In addition, mygabr.com provides the ability to view all the adjuster activities and file notes in real time.
GAB Robins, which has affiliated operations in 52 countries, provides a worldwide network of loss adjusting, third-party administration and managed care services. With nearly 4,000 employees worldwide, GAB Robins said it handles approximately two million claims annually, providing claims services domestically and globally for the property and casualty insurance market.
