B&B Acquires Houston Agency
NU Online News Service, Nov. 25, 12:10 p.m. EST?Insurance broker Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired Benefit Dynamics, Inc.-based in Houston, Texas.
Michael A. Garguilo, president and chief operating officer of Brown & Brown Insurance Services of Texas, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Daytona Beach, Fla.?based Brown & Brown, and Richard A. Matthews, president of Benefit Dynamics, made the announcement.
Benefit Dynamics is a retail employee benefits insurance agency serving clients in the greater Houston area.
Mr. Matthews will join B&B and become a senior member of the employee benefits department of the Houston office.
Terms of the deal were not released.
