Register Now For VCIA Seminar

NU Online News Service, Oct. 31 12:25 p.m. EST?The Vermont Captive Insurance Association advised that anyone interested in attending a seminar on the benefits of captive insurance, Nov. 6, in Newton, Mass., should register soon.

The seminar, titled "Understanding the Strategic Advantages of Captives," is sponsored by the state of Vermont.

Scheduled panelists are Len Crouse, deputy commissioner of captive insurance, Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration; Nicholas Parillo, vice president of operations, MAC Risk Management (The MollyAnna Company); and Barry Port, chief operating officer, Public Utility Mutual Insurance Company. A reception will follow.

Since capacity is limited, VCIA recommends that anyone interested in attending the free event?open to members and nonmembers?register as soon as possible.
