Hub Acquires Davis Stoker Bodie
NU Online News Service, Oct. 6, 3:59 p .m. EDT?Hub International, Ltd, said it has acquired Davis Stoker Bodie Insurance Services Inc. agency in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The generalist firm will become part of Hub's Los Angeles operations.
Davis was formed in 1986 and has reported annual revenue of approximately $600,000. The firm was purchased for an undisclosed amount of cash, Chicago-based Hub said.
Lee Davis, a senior partner of Davis, will join Hub's California operation as a vice president, reporting to Frank Hayes, president of Hub International of California Inc.
