PIA Conn. To Host EdExpo

NU Online News Service, Sept. 9, 11:54 a.m. EDT–The Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc. will host its annual Education Expo Sept. 23 at the Ramada Inn, Plainville, Conn.

PIA Connecticut said a highlight of this year's EdExpo is a panel discussion on insurance fraud, which will explore the seriousness of the crime; its impact on the insurance industry; and the various ways the Connecticut Insurance Department, insurance carriers, law enforcement officials, independent agencies and the general public can assist in the identification, reduction and prevention of insurance fraud.
