Fox Takes CFO Post At BISYS
NU Online News Service, Sept. 29, 10:05 a.m. EDT?James L. Fox was named chief financial officer of BISYS Fund Services, based in New York City.
Mr. Fox, 51, replaces Andrew Corbin, who resigned to join another company, BISYS said.
Mr. Fox joined BISYS in April of this year. He has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in executive, operations and financial positions. He was president and chief executive officer of govONE Solutions, a subsidiary of First Data Corp., prior to joining BISYS.
BISYS provides business process outsourcing solutions to investment firms, insurance companies and banks through its three business units, Investment Services, Insurance and Education Services, and Information Services.
