ConfirmNet Offers Auto ID Cards

San Diego-based ConfirmNet Corp., an insurance certificate management solutions provider, announced the introduction of an ID card service for agents and brokers to offer businesses with vehicle fleets.

The new system allows policyholders to request auto ID cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in bulk by e-mail, fax or mail from ConfirmNet, said Jennifer Madsen, vice president of client services and sales in a statement.

Ms. Madsen said policyholders would have convenient access to the cards while agents can reduce their workloads and increase client satisfaction at the same time.

For the new offering, ConfirmNet is leveraging ODEN Insurance Services, which maintains the current state regulations and requirements online in all 50 states for auto insurance cards. ConfirmNet said this ensures the driver of the vehicle has the appropriate ID card regulated by that jurisdiction.

While many agency management systems offer ID card features, ConfirmNet said their feature goes further by routinely updating requirements in accordance with ODEN, Ms. Madsen added.
