The Wheaton, Ill.-based group said its Boatowners Program is the nation's only standardized program of forms and rating information for insuring small, privately owned watercraft.
AAIS said the standardized program, is filed and approved in most states and available for use by licensed insurers.
The Boatowners Program can be used to endorse watercraft coverage onto a personal lines policy, or to insure personal watercraft with an individual policy.
The Boatowners Web seminar will begin April 3 at 10 a.m. Central time (11 a.m. Eastern) and feature commentary by Susan Luecke, AAIS director of personal lines and Jeff Holaway, AAISmanager of personal lines pricing.
Participants will be able to see the seminar exhibits and hear the commentary over their own computers and telephones. They will also have an opportunity to pose questions, AAIS said.

Participants, AAIS said, can sign up for the seminar and receive passwords by accessing the Web site www.AAISonline.com and clicking on the link at the top of the page.
Other Web seminars that AAIS said it plans to present include mold endorsements, commercial umbrella coverage, inland marine rating worksheets, and other topics. Announcements of dates and times will be made on the www.AAISonline.com Web site.
