ConfirmNet Offers Certificates to Users
NU Online News Service, Jan. 27, 4:15 p.m. EST?ConfirmNet Corp., announced it was joining with ACORD to offer independent agents a free online tool to create and deliver certificates of insurance.
The offer is extended to members of Advantage Program, the Pearl River, N.Y.?based ACORD's service providing agents and brokers unlimited access to ACORD forms and subscriptions to business tools and insurance publications.
With ConfirmNet, ACORD Advantage members can access a certificate of insurance on the ACORD web site, fill it out online, and print or deliver it by e-mail.
There is no additional cost to ACORD Advantage members for the service.
Agencies requiring more sophisticated certificate processing, such as customer self-service or batch renewals, need to become regular subscribers to ConfirmNet's CertificatesNow service, ACORD said.
