PLUS said it will locate at 5353 Wayzata Blvd., Suite 600, Minneapolis, MN 55416 and its telephone number will be (952) 746-2580. The toll free phone will be (800) 845-0778 and the fax number (952) 746-2599.
All PLUS e-mail addresses will remain the same, the society said.
