Marsh Completes Acquisition of Saldana
NU Online News Service, Dec. 11, 12:32 p.m. EST?Insurance broker Marsh Inc. announced it has completed it acquisition of Saldana & Associates of Puerto Rico.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Saldana, established in 1972, has a staff of 170 employees with offices in San Juan and Ponce. The firm said Saldana's senior management, the firm's partners and executives would continue in their current positions.
Marsh, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies based in New York City, said Saldana would operate under the name Marsh Saldana.
