SCOR, Gerling Group Talk Acquisition
NU Online News Service, Sept. 4, 9:09 a.m. EST?SCOR in Paris and the Cologne, Germany-based Gerling Group are engaged in discussions about a possible acquisition of Gerling?s entire life reinsurance activities and the majority of its third-party non-life reinsurance activities, the company's announced today.
SCOR said its board of directors will inform SCOR's shareholders of the outcome of these discussions in the coming weeks.
