Gallagher Declares 15 Cent Dividend
NU Online News Service, Sept. 16, 10:51 a.m. EST?Insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Itasca, Ill., has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share on the firm's common stock.
The dividend will be paid on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30.
AJG reported in July that net income increased $11.3 million, or 49 percent, for the second quarter ending June 30, going from $23.20 million for the second quarter of 2001 to $34.46 million this quarter.
