HRH Acquires Flexible Concepts
NU Online News Service, July 3, 10:48 a.m. EST?Insurance broker Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Co., Glen Allen, Va., announced the acquisition of Dallas insurance agency Flexible Concepts.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Flexible Concepts is a full-service group life, health and employee benefits insurance agency generating approximately $950,000 in revenue annually, HRH said.
John P. Delao, Flexible Concepts president, and his team will relocate to HRH's Dallas office.
