Flanagan To Head AQS In Wisconsin
NU Online News Service, July 17, 9:59 a.m. EST?AQS, the commercial insurance policy management and software services firm based in Hartland, Wis., announced today that Kevin M. Flanagan will become the firm's president and chief executive officer.
Mr. Flanagan leaves a post as chief operating officer at the consulting-engineering firm R.A. Smith & Associates Inc. in Brookfield, Wis.
David C. Wagner, who is currently serving as CEO, will step down and work beside Mr. Flanagan as senior vice president, the company said.
Mr. Wagner said, "Kevin brings a very strong business acumen to our company to help us leverage our strengths in insurance and software."
AQS recently released the V3 Galileo administration software. The company said the management change was designed to capitalize on the strengths of the company and its current leadership team, and that Mr. Flanagan's strong general business background "will complement David Wagner's experience and expertise in the insurance and software arenas."
Mr. Flanagan said, "AQS has tremendous potential and I am pleased to be part of this growing company. We are well positioned to help insurance companies improve their operations through AQS software and services."
AQS is a privately held provider of commercial property and casualty insurance software and services.
