Terror, Mold On CPCU June Course List
NU Online News Service, May 29, 1:10 p.m. EST?Terrorism, mold damage and construction defects are among the education workshop topics that the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society will present in June.
All events are open to CPCUs and other insurance professionals and most workshops have been filed for continuing education credits, the CPCU Society said.
Workshops include:
"The Commercial Property Policy Changes," including mold and terrorism exclusions. Co-sponsored by the CPCU Society's Minnesota Chapter, this workshop is scheduled for June 5 in Arden Hills, Minn. For information call 800-932-2728, ext. 2773.
Workshops co-sponsored by the CPCU Society's Boston Chapter, scheduled to take place June 6, are "Insuring Defective Construction?critical changes every professional should know."
Two half-day workshops, also in Boston, are titled, "Insuring Defective Construction," and "Tips, Tricks and Traps of the CGL." For information call 617-572-7717.
In San Antonio, Texas, June 20, is a workshop titled "Road Rage and Aggressive Driving?impact on the insurance industry and tips for avoiding disaster."
