HRH Acquires Beverly Hills Agency
NU Online News Service, March 18, 3:08 p.m. EST?Richmond, Va.--based insurance broker Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Co. announced the acquisition of LFC Insurance Agents & Brokers Inc., an insurance agency in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With annual revenues of over $1 million, LFC is a provider of property-casualty insurance and risk management services to a diverse clientele, including many not-for-profit organizations, HRH said.
The agency will continue to operate from its current location in Beverly Hills. It will be part of HRH's Professional Practice Insurance Brokers Inc. under George A. DeWalt, office president, and the direction of Michael A. Janes, HRH's west regional director.
