HRH Acquires Texas Agency
NU Online News Service, Jan. 8, 10:28 a.m. EST?Insurance broker Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Company of Richmond, Va. announced it has acquired McKane Morgan and Associates, Inc., a specialty insurance agency in San Antonio, Texas.
McKane Morgan, with revenues in excess of $3 million, is the largest independent automobile dealer insurance specialist in the state of Texas and one of the largest in the country, HRH said.
HRH said the McKane Morgan agency's personell will continue to serve clients from their four existing Texas locations under the management of William T. Bach, McKane Morgan's president, and E.R. "Randy" McKane, McKane Morgan, senior vice president. They will report to William L. Chaufty, HRH's central regional director.
Terms of the acquisition, announced yesterday, were not released.
