Brown & Brown Buys Sestito Agency
NU Online News Service, Jan. 4, 9:40 a.m. EST?Brown and Brown said it has expanded its presence in New York state with the acquisition of Sestito Insurance Agency of Rome, N.Y.
The Daytona Beach, Fla. ? based insurance broker said the acquisition became effective Jan. 1. Terms were not disclosed.
Virgil N. Sestito, the sole proprietor of the agency, and his staff will join existing Brown and Brown offices in Rome, N.Y.
