B&B Acquisition To Combine Agencies
NU Online News Service, Jan. 29, 12:.13 p.m. EST?Daytona Beach, Fla. ? based insurance broker Brown & Brown said it has acquired Jim Wallace Agency, Inc., in Opelousas, La.
The Jim Wallace Agency, with annualized revenues of approximately $625,000, focuses on commercial and personal lines insurance. The agency will be combined with the Brown & Brown's Louisiana subsidiary, the Huval Companies.
Terms of acquisition, which became effective Jan. 1, were not announced.
