Sherwood International (www.sherwood.co.uk) has purchased Concise Technology for $13 million, strengthening Sherwood's position in the property and casualty field in North America. Concise supplies software and a consulting service. Its software covers all areas of policy and claims administration including workflow. Its products have been aimed at small to mid-sized insurers.
