S1 (www.s1.com) has updated its Consumer Insurance component to version 5.2, increasing self-service functionality and interaction between customer and provider. Consumer Insurance is part of S1's Consumer Suite.
The product gives financial institutions the ability to consolidate their entire insurance and financial product portfolio and create a delivery channel for processing transactions and interacting with customers. With Consumer Insurance, customers can remain informed about policies and gain access to account information, and institutions can synchronize core processing systems, creating an instantaneously updated database and Internet channel.
