JW Software (www.jwsoftware.com) has released new versions of its File Handler and filehandler.com products. File Handler version 5.0's new features include hierarchical structure diversity, increased reporting capabilities for financial data, and additional, enhanced business lines (e.g., auto and P&C).
Filehandler.com, a browser-based claims admin system, mirrors the functionality of File Handler 5.0, and is available for commercial intranet use. A standalone product, filehandler.com can run in tandem with File Handler 5.0 through a common database.
