Claims professionals and their organizations help millions of policyholders each year with a wide variety of insurance claims. At Claims, we are inspired by the work you do every day, and want to recognize those efforts in front of the entire industry.
Our team is looking for a few exceptional claims professionals and organizations to recognize at the 21st annual America's Claims Event (ACE) June 20-22, in Charlotte, North Carolina, but we need your help in finding these incredible leaders. Does this sound like someone you know?
Claims Luminary of the Year: This person is a strategic claims leader who understands the value of sharing knowledge, is efficient, promotes education and professionalism, exhibits ethical standards, and understands the nuances and value of the claims profession. He or she surpasses expectations on a regular basis.
Trailblazer Award: This award recognizes an insurance claims or carrier organization that demonstrates innovation in the claims space by introducing new products or procedures that improve the claims process for insurers or policyholders. This award specifically focuses on adjusting organizations, insurers and third-party administrators.
Customer Champion Award: Helping customers throughout the claims process can be challenging and stressful, and this award acknowledges a claims professional or individual in an affiliated industry who consistently excels in the level of service he or she provides. Calm, creative, knowledgeable and compassionate, this individual balances the needs of the insured with those of the insurer for the best outcome in a difficult situation.
Submit your nominations
To nominate a person or company, visit the America's Claims Event website (www.eiseverywhere.com) and click on the Awards link. The deadline for submissions is Monday, May 1, 2017.
While you're on the ACE site, make sure to check out the agenda since it covers topics claims executives and professionals encounter every day: drones, digital devices and other technology; claims settlements, priorities and tools; the future with autonomous cars; finding and retaining talent; and the state of the claims industry in general.
ACE provides insurance executives with the opportunity to network with industry leaders, learn about the latest trends impacting their businesses, and find actionable solutions to some of the issues that create the greatest heartburn.
There will also be product workshops and an exhibition showcasing the latest tools and services to keep claims professionals on the cutting edge so they can continue to anticipate and meet policyholders' needs. Please plan to join us there.
