For the second time this year, children have been injured by an improperly secured bounce house. Are these amusements too risky?

According to the AP, two toddlers were hurt on Sunday in Nashua, NH when the inflatable bounce house that they were playing in was lifted and tossed some 40 feet by a gust of wind. One child, a 2-year-old, was critically injured in the accident.

This is the second such incident this year. Three kids were injured in New York in May when high winds blew the bounce house they were in more than 50 feet.
