David Gorin, ARM, CISC, eS, and Sherri Gust joined G.J. Sullivan Co. Excess and Surplus Lines Brokers, in Orange County, Calif., after GJS acquired Network E&S Insurance Brokers' book of California business.
The Main Street America Group's board of directors elected Eric Elliott as a director of the super-regional property/casualty insurer's boards. Elliott is president and CEO of Prime Therapeutics, the fourth largest pharmacy benefit manager in the United States. The Eagan, Minn.-based company is collectively owned by 13 Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans serving nearly 20 million insureds nationwide.
Chuck McMillan joined AmWINS Specialty Auto, based in Richardson, Texas, as a vice president. In this role, he will maintain programs and expand them into new states. AmWINS Brokerage of New England, in Farmington, Conn., hired George Willett as a senior vice president. Willett will produce property business and develop the office's property department. The brokerage also hired Shirl Hedges as a vice president in the Philadelphia office, where she will focus on primary and excess casualty programs. AmWINS Group Benefits welcomed Rob Shestack as a senior vice president. Based in Warwick, R.I., Shestack will serve as the practice leader for the division's new Voluntary Benefits Practice.
Special Markets Insurance Consultants (SMIC) hired Rita Linde as a vice president. Based in SMIC's Chicago office, she will focus on new business development and strengthening relationships. Linde previously served as managing partner of Specialty Risk Group and vice president of sales for USI Affinity.
Jay Josselyn joined Gresham & Assocs. in Indianapolis as a senior transportation underwriter. Josselyn has worked for Occidental Fire & Casualty Insurance Co., Highlands Insurance Group and Centura Insurance Services.
NEBCO added Khai Lovan as the director of Worksite Strategy. Based in Warwick, R.I., Lovan will develop the Voluntary Benefits practice. Lovan worked for companies such as Buck Consultants, Trion (a Marsh & McLennan Co.) and ING Employee Benefits.
Darron Johnston joined THB Intermediaries as a vice president specializing in property placements. Based in Atlanta, he will oversee the Southeast region. Johnston has worked at Aon Benfield Re and Torus Specialty Insurance Co.

Specialized programs include directors & officers, tow trucks, trucking and restaurants. The company has extensive surplus lines market reach, including markets offering earthquake coverage, pollution liability, employed legal counsel and excess liability programs.
