Adaptik Introduces New Customer Component for PolicyWriter System

Adaptik Corporation announces the release of PolicyWriter Customer Manager, a new optional component for the PolicyWriter Suite that provides underwriters and agents with a complete customer view at a glance, storing customer information independent of policy transactions.

Customer Manager is pre-integrated with Account Manager out-of-the-box and pre-delivered with web services for integration with other applications across the enterprise. With Customer Manager, P&C carriers now have a holistic view of customer and policy data. Users have quick access to data, enabling carriers to:
