OneShield, Inc., a provider of policy and billing core systems for property & casualty and general insurers, announces the immediate availability of Dragon Designer v6.0, the next generation toolset for OneShield Dragon.
This version empowers technical users with robust configuration capabilities while catering to the needs of the business users with a new wizard-based, graphical user interface. Additionally, Dragon Designer allows for quick access to data in consolidated views for easier updating, as well as improved and streamlined deployments.

Dragon Designer v6.0 delivers the ability to reduce errors and increase performance. With the addition of several features, implementation teams can configure OneShield Dragon, including workflows, product definitions, object models, and interfaces to legacy and third-party systems.
Enhanced features in version 6.0 include:
- Quick access to data in consolidated views, including a wizard, tab layout, and family tree view
- Improved graphical user interface developed with the needs of the business users in mind
- Better error logging, validation for reducing coding errors, and an intuitive variable path wizard
- Enhanced dependency feature improving and streamlining deployments
- Updated rule editor to support free text, copy/paste and the ability to create templates
- Support for multiple languages for the OneShield Dragon runtime application
