Cover-All Technologies, a provider of insurance software solutions for the p&c insurance marketplace, announces the release of Advanced Automated Policy Renewal as a new enhancement to Cover-All's Policy product.
This new feature provides insurers the flexibility to tailor their automated policy renewal processes beyond just rating and issuance to achieve complete business-specific policy renewal workflows.
Cover-All Policy's renewal functionality enables insurers to configure custom business processes, including the ability to configure selection criteria for policies (such as line of business, states, etc.), schedule one-time or recurring execution, generate quotes for renewal or complete policy renewals, configure custom reports, setup automatic email notifications, use out-of-the-box web services to share policy status updates for further processing in downstream systems and take advantage of comprehensive auditing and error correction capabilities.

Automated Policy Renewal for Cover-All Policy is the latest enhancement to the Cover-All family of modern software solutions, which includes Cover-All Policy, BlueWave Claims and Cover-All Business Intelligence for P&C insurers. Cover-All Policy provides support for the full policy lifecycle, including rate, quote, issuance, out-of-sequence endorsements, document generation, form attachment and storage, subsequent transactions, statistical reporting, and out-of-the-box bureau products.
