Today Invision named Richard G. Randazzo as its new president. The New York-based national claims management company also appointed Carol Meriam, Esq., to the role of claims manager.
“I'm pleased to have the opportunity to lead [the company] and further enhance its claims service capabilities,” said Randazzo. “We have a well-trained, experienced management team, and with the addition of Carol as our new claims manager, we will continue to build Invision's strength in the claims services industry.”
Randazzo brings more than 29 years of claims management experience, as well as a 37-year history working in claims investigations to his new role. As president, Randazzo will oversee all claims matters, including third-party administration, risk management, loss control, claims auditing services, and investigation services—including surveillance, skip tracing, background checks, record retrieval, and trial preparation.
Throughout his career in management, Randazzo has worked in property and casualty (P&C) insurance, including commercial general liability (CGL), homeowners', commercial property, employment practices, inland marine, private passenger, and commercial auto. He is also personally licensed in more than 12 states and is an active member in various claims and insurance associations.
As Invision's new claims manager, Meriam will be responsible for claims with high exposures, complex issues and extended litigation. Since joining the company in 1997, Meriam has successfully managed major run-off programs and claims analyses, as well as served as an independent expert witness in a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
