A long-simmering dispute between Ryan Specialty, CRC Insurance Services and Crump Group over the poaching of employees has come to end with a settlement.

In a terse statement, all three parties say they have resolved “existing disputes between them in a global, confidential settlement agreement.”

A pending lawsuit will be dismissed, the statements say.

In February, Crump said it reached an agreement not to proceed with—or at least to delay—a suit over a former employee's violation of a non-compete agreement.

CRC had its own claims against Ryan Specialty concerning 120 employees who left the firm for Ryan Specialty.

BB&T Insurance Services, part of the Winston-Salem, N.C.-bank, and the parent of CRC, acquired Crump in February.
